How I work
You work directly with me, from our first conversation to getting comfortable with your new tool.
We start with your day-to-day work
You tell me about your business, your ideas and what makes things difficult. I look at what you already use to understand what would help.
We define what we will build
I propose a solution that fits, with a clear scope, price and timeline. We agree on these before work begins.
You see a first version
I bring the project to life and show you a first version. You can respond to what you see, try what works and clarify what you need.
We test and refine
I work through your feedback and we check the key tasks: finding information, updating content or handling a request. Adjustments follow what we have agreed together.
You take the controls
I put the approved version in place and show you how to use it day to day. We also discuss any support you may need and possible future changes.
